Starting Fall 2023, I will be a third year student in the Ph.D. Biostatistics program at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH working with Dr. Kellie J. Archer. I am honored to have received the Dr. Gary G. & Mrs. Carolyn J. Koch Fellowship award in the College of Public Health for the 2021-2022 academic year. My broad research interests are in statistical methods for the analysis of data from high-throughput genomic assays, survival analysis, causal inference, and Bayesian analysis.
I was born and raised in Accra, Ghana where I received my B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Ghana. From there, I obtained my M.S. in Applied Statistics & Analytics at Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, MI.
In my spare time, I like to travel by land or air, listen to music, spend time with my friends and family or go out for a walk. I also enjoy playing soccer and watching the Ghanaian and English Premier Leagues on weekends when I am less busy. I have recently developed keen interest in college football (Go Bucks!), the NFL and the NBA.
